Coverage is for five years from the date your item(s) are delivered. The Easy Care plan expires if a replacement is issued; however, a new plan may be purchased for a replacement item.

Easy Care protection plans include coverage for fabric, leather, upholstery, hard solid surfaces, dining, bedroom, home office, indoor rugs, and outdoor furniture. For more details, please see your protection plan document for complete terms and conditions.

• Any product with an attempt to clean or repair before a claim is started will not be covered.
• Accumulation of stains or damages that have occurred over time and have not been addressed or cannot be attributed to a single incident.
• Overall, cleanings are not included.
• Damage from abuse/behavioral issues will not be covered.
• Damage that occurs during a move between homes is not covered.
• Pet damage, such as scratches, bite marks, or claw marks, will not be covered.
• Any item 'Not Covered' in the coverage section of the protection plan.

Once a claim has been filed with the provider, the claim will be reviewed for compliance. A technician may be scheduled to evaluate or repair as needed. If an item cannot be repaired, parts may be ordered to complete the repair. If the item cannot be restored, then an exchange may be approved; the Easy Care plan is considered used on that item, and a new plan may need to be purchased if you want the replacement covered.

Yes, as long as you are moving within the Contiguous United States. Coverage is only in place while the furniture is in the home. Damage that occurs during a move between homes is not covered. These plans are non-transferable.
