- If your Personal Information is profiled in furtherance of decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significant effects concerning you, you have the right to question the result of the profiling, to be informed of the reason that the profiling resulted in the decision, and, if feasible, to be informed of what actions you might have taken to secure a different decision and the actions that you might take to secure a different decision in the future. Exercising Your Rights

You may exercise the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy by submitting a request, at any time, to Schneiderman specifying which rights you wish to exercise, at 763.551.3544, privacy@schneidermans.com, or 1600 Annapolis Lane N. A parent, guardian, or conservator may exercise these rights as well in certain circumstances.
- Schneiderman will comply with a request to exercise a right under this Privacy Policy, as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than 45 days of receipt of the request. Within that 45-day period, Schneiderman will either: (a) inform you of any action taken on such a request, or (b) if Schneiderman does not take action on your request, it will inform you of the reasons for not taking action and instructions for how to appeal the decision (as explained below).
- Schneiderman will provide the information set forth in Section 5 free of charge up to twice annually to you. Where requests from you are manifestly unfounded or excessive, Schneiderman may either charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or refuse to act on the request.
