- Clear rooms of old furniture.
- Remove obstructions from all sidewalks, stairs, hallways. During winter months, ensure driveways and sidewalks are
- free of snow and ice.
- When you’re scheduling your delivery, be sure to notify our customer care team of any special arrangements needed.
- Refrain from scheduling other deliveries like construction/repair work or other appointments during your two-hour time window.
What our delivery team is not permitted to do:
- Hang objects on customer’s walls
- Move stereo equipment, art, or other personal accessories
