She listened to what we were looking for, advised us on the reasons we would not want a particular piece and explained why what we ultimately chose was right for us. My wife felt like she was "heard". Because we felt Donna was genuine in her approach, not only did we buy the 2 chairs we went in for, we bought 2 end tables and 4 chairs for our sunroom.
