Love the chair.
Bought for my father, it is best built for people under 5’5”. We returned it.

Back is severely bowed and the back cloth doesn't line up on the back of the two recliner chairs. Customer care was very good about making an apt to get someone out to look at them. Thank you for that!
The fabric on the recliners could be smoother in appearance. It looks a little loose and has folds where it should be smooth and flat. I expected a better quality made product from Flexsteel for the price.
