We bought two Bentley sofas. The quality is excellent. These sofas felt a little right like a new leather shoe on day one but we adjusted real quick by the very next day. They seem to be very well made and are comfortable to sit anywhere even across two seats with the crack in-between. Randy at the Plymouth store helped us with our purchase and he was very patient with our questions and more importantly not pushy. The delivery was on schedule and flawless. Highly recommend this sofa.
We are so happy with our purchase. It offers great support while still being comfortable. I love the color and the wide arms. It really feels like a quality made piece.

Was disappointed in the comfort of the sofa. The sofa on the show room floor was very comfortable however ours is very stiff not what we expected. When I called the sales person she stated that it was because it was new. I wish we would of been told that our sofa wasn't going to set the same as the showroom model.
