The back of the chair has a weird "wrinkle" so I took a photo of it and brought it in to the Schneiderman's where we purchased it. They scheduled a technician who came to look at it. He agreed that it needed to be replaced so he ordered a new back panel. It has not come in yet. My husband enjoys sitting in this chair.
