We purchased this couch about a year and a half ago. After about 8 to 12 months we noticed pilling along the edge. We do not even use this couch 4 days a week. Very disappointed. I called the repair service line as we paid extra to make sure the couch was covered.. they told me it sounds like normal ‘wear and tear’. Highly recommend choosing a different couch or different fabric.

This sofa is really comfortable - feels like you're getting a big hug with just the right amount of firmness! My concern is with the pilling the fabric is showing after a minimal amount of usage...
We are in LOVE with this sofa. It is so comfortable and feels very high quality. We originally wanted a sectional but this works just as well because it is so deep. When you sit on it, you don't want to get up. Also, the fabric is so beautiful and it the PERFECT neutral grey. The best sofa we have ever owned!

I love it. This sofa is gorgeous, and it is super comfortable.
One cushion has marks all down one side- delivery person made note of it and we are waiting to hear from someone to come out to see if they can remove stains-
Excellent. I like the height, style and comfort. Very cool piece of furniture.
