We LOVED this sofa when we first got it in 2019, but the romance was extremely short-lived. The fabric wears down easily, the covers on the contrasting pillows pill like crazy, and everything loses its shape (despite that being our specific concern when we were in the store and we were assured it was not something to worry about). Now everything is sunken in and it’s difficult to get out of — even though we are reasonably fit people in our 30s. We’ve loved everything else we’ve purchased from Schneidermans (which is pretty much all of our other furniture), but this was extremely disappointing, especially for the price
