Even though it took 6 months for the sofa and ottomans to arrive, Schneidermans was accomodating and took a cash reduction off of my final bill for that. I am very pleased with the sofa and ottomans, the quality is excellent. I gave the purchase 4 stars because of the length of time it took to receive my purchase.
