The frame (steel) was bent and the loveseat rocked as if the legs were uneven. A technician came to inspect and was able to add a shim. One leg was badly installed and it took almost a hour to correct the problem. While he was very pleasant, he was surprised at the workmanship. We were offered only a 15% adjustment, having declined a re-order as wasteful and a hassle for us. We are highly unlikely to ship this vendor or manufacturer again.
