Love the hide a bed and flexibility of the lounger

The sofa is very comfortable, we haven't used the sleeper yet. The back of the sofa looks a little loose in fabric. The ottoman arrived with scratches on feet , making us feel like this was taken off the show room floor? They said they will come and fix the scratches, so I guess its ok, Wished I had the feeling that I received a brand new never used piece of furniture. It fits our room perfectly !

Great smaller recliner footprint, comfortable and great value
Delivery was great, the salesman shouldn't sell something he is not willing to do. If you say you're going to give a call every other week to give an update because it is important to you, then do that, not make a sale and disappear.
The shipping and delivery was a breeze; however, the sleeper didn't pull out properly. Customer service and the store manager was very accommodating in taking it back and replacing it with another couch.
