penny B – My first and last experience with this company! We loved the chair but received a floor model and we were not informed of this at the time of purchase. The delivery people were the only honest part of the transaction. When we spoke to the sales person, we asked if he could order us a chair that was new and was told that the company discontinued it. He told us we could either return it or take $65 off. I called other furniture stores in our area and they called Southern Motion and this chair is still available, so that leaves us feeling like we were lied to. We are waiting for your company to come pick the chair up from our home so we can be refunded. They were supposed to come on 12/6 but we didn’t hear from anyone so we had to call the store only to find out that the truck was full so we now have to wait another week-12/13. The sales person told us we would be refunded within 2 to 3 business days but that wasn’t what happened. Another call to the store only to find out that our money will not be refunded until the chair is back in Schniedermans hands. This was the worst ever experience we’ve had. Oh, and thanks again for holding our refund another week since your company was too busy to come and get the chair! We will be passing the word along to everyone we know to steer clear.
