A nice option for smaller rooms. This thing feels SOLID. I'd recommend it. Delivery/assembly guys did a great job.
We love the flexibility this bunk bed set offers. It has a "higher" and "lower" position, when not in the "bunk" set-up. Perfect for our your grandchild but can raise and use with adults as well
