We needed to arrange for an exchange of the first chair delivered and Schneiderman's offered excellent customer service.
First chair was received with a broken arm, but Schneiderman's was very accountable and immediately ordered a replacement chair. The replacement chair arrived within 45 days and they delivered it for free, removing the defective chair.
