robert Y – I have no problem with customer service or delivery. My concern is when i rec'd the recliner it had a strong smell, something like a musty smelling burlap bag, and after 10 days it still has some scent remaining. Also i have a concern about the seat cushion after 10 days there appears to be beginning of impressions where my legs rest in the recline position.
