cindy P – The desk does not work and there is a repair person coming next week to repair it. Additionally, I asked twice if the desk came with a manual on to operate it. Was told no both times. I am pretty sure a programmable piece of furniture has an operation manual - it probably got thrown away.
karen W – The desk is fine, the delivery and set up by Schneiderman's was very bad. We waited many months for the desk to arrive. When it did, the delivery team set it up, didn't test it and didn't leave a user's manual for the desk with me. When I tried to use the desk, it did not work. Schneiderman's eventually emailed me a link to the manufacturer's web site, and I downloaded a manual. After reading the manual, I was able to determine that the desk motor had never been connected to the desk power supply. After I made the connection, the desk works fine. There is no excuse for this kind of customer service from Scneiderman's.
