We worked with Jason initially at the Roseville store. Jason was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly and easy to work with and gave us a heads up on the upcoming sale at which time we purchased four Demi Taupe barstools. Upon first use we discovered a significant “squeak” in one of the stools (they swivel) and contacted Jason - and once again he was helpful and efficient in helping us to get the piece replaced. Delivery was on time and professional. The new barstool works perfectly. This was our second significant purchase from Scheiderman’s within the year, and we are very happy the the service and the quality of the products. Thank you!
