laurie W – I plan to call the customer service number tomorrow. The chair fabric has already started to show wear, and has small pelting that is visible after less then several weeks. I am so surprised of the poor quality of the fabric. I would not have guessed this!

diane C – Chair was delivered damaged, we were told we have to wait 2 weeks for an upholstery technician to look at it. We should not have to wait that long...poor service. If the chair cannot be repaired we would have to wait another 8 weeks for a new chair. Not happy with your service.

darwin & lois H – After waiting for 11 weeks, the chair sent was the WRONG COLOR. The chair should have been checked before it was shipped from the factory and again at the warehouse where it was held for almost 2 weeks! Extremely disappointing.
